AW August Update
📖 Let us begin…
Attack Wagon HQ has been bumping. Our leadership has been swamped with the fundraise and everything in production is chugging along. Today we will be going through staking updates, advisory board, new partnerships, the fundraise and some launch updates.
To get started let’s talk about staking.
35% of all ATK in Circulation is staked and rising. The more of circulation that is locked in staking the more the more investors both VC and retail can understand our belief in this project. Keep up the amazing work everyone.
Advisory
On to Advisory. We have a few new faces that have joined the advisory board and have revolutionized the way we see all of our products.
Spencer Yip — The Creator of Fallen Legion has been added to our Gaming/Strategic Advisors. Spencer is not only a Game Developer but also a Co-Founder at Conductive.Ai an engagement platform for Web3 Games.
Conductive’s mission is to be the indispensable Web3 toolset for marketing, analytics, payments, and more.
Fallen Legion is available for PC and PS5™
Maz Zaman— The founder of Hyperscaled has joined the advisory board as a Strategic Advisor for blockchain. As a Blockchain and Finance Veteran Maz has helped both startups and industry leaders succeed.
We are both grateful and excited to have Spencer and Maz behind us.
New Partnership
Let’s Exchange — We have a new swap partner at LetsExchange. They have listed $ATK as a new token to swap for just making it a little easier to buy your $ATK.
More Partnership announcements coming soon…including a new Guild Partnership 😉.
Latest on Fundraising
Now for the thing you are all the most interested in.
As everyone here knows we have been working on raising new funds. The market and VCs have been sleeping on gaming but things are starting to really turn around as gaming is proving a better investment compared to ai and gaming infrastructure(the two industries that have turned VC heads for the last year). There is still a huge market just waiting to be plucked for gaming. With Web2 gaming market size being over $200 billion, yes that is a B not an M, there is ample opportunity for Web3 games that easily incorporate web2 gamers. Mobile games last year alone were a $92 billion market. We say all of this because the VCs are starting to open their eyes to long term projects not just short term gains. One of these long term projects is of course Attack Wagon Games 🕹️.
To catch everyone up on what has been happening over the past few months, we fired our last fundraising company after it completely wasted months of our time and hundreds of hours of effort. While we regret using that company it has lead us to search and find a new and amazing Strategic Advisory and fundraising Partner. With their help we have both restructured and upgraded our pitch, refocused the team and tweaked alot of our daily tasks to more suit the goals we have in mind.
We have been working with them over the past four weeks and they have already setup pitch meetings with some of the biggest names in web3 gaming. In comparison the last company produced zero meetings(we had to personally find our own cold leads) and this company has already scheduled dozens. We already have a committed investor to start out our Seed round after only 1 week. This is still a process as the VCs are just beginning to turn their heads back toward gaming. To give you a better idea of how the fundraise works we will be closing 3 separate smaller rounds with investors instead of one large round; Seed, Strategic and Private rounds. This will make raising more doable and palatable for investors. We can talk more in depth on this soon but we are excited for the next coming weeks as we close each round.
The future begins now.
Launch Updates
With that update in fundraising that leads us to the next subject, Launch updates. We are working in unison with the advisory, the fundraise and a new TGE so of course we will be shifting launch dates to meet up in unison with those efforts.
There may be some new things previously undiscussed and things that have shifted majorly for instance Manaheart. After lots of discussion we have decided to delay any work on Manaheart for the next year. We are staying focused on our main goal of creating amazing web3 games. Manaheart, while it will be an excellent game and learning tool, doesn’t slide perfectly into what needs to be accomplished and for that we will be delaying it.

As a summation I’d like to do my normal thank you to everyone that continues to push the project and help where they can. Keep supporting and keep being awesome and here is a fun poster for your phone backgrounds!
… Oh and did we mention a new Scrap Guilds trailer is on the way? Keep your eyes open in the next coming weeks for a thrilling new trailer.
