New Year New Wagon
First of all we would like to say thank you to our fans and supporters without you none of this would be possible. With a new year comes opportunities to shake off some of last year and freshen ourselves up. We have some fun and exciting things to bring you today about where we are at, what we’ve been doing and how we are going to blast into a new year.

We have more to talk about down the line about future burns and what that means for $ATK as well. So keep on reading.
What all did we accomplish in 2022?
- We built 11 Arcade Games that will fuel $ATK.
- We have begun development on Manaheart that will bring new players into the crypto space teaching them the ins/outs of blockchain gaming.
- We sold over 650 Land Plots to owners that will profit from all games created by Attack Wagon. (And burned all the profit)
- We have over 40 million $ATK staked across legacy and v2 staking keeping $ATK at a steady level ready for take-off.
- We’ve sent 2300 free NFTs to all $ATK Holders allowing for free boosts in game for those that have believed in us from the beginning.
- We’ve added 12 Project Partners to the Arcade Waitlist which will help add fuel to the fire for $ATK
- We’ve added 3 Gaming Advisors to the team(Veterans of the Gaming Industry) who have strengthened our knowledge and given amazing advice for the future of Attack Wagon.
- We’ve partnered with multiple companies to help improve and expand our line of products including game indexes, aggregators and utility partners.
- We spoke at and sponsored multiple events and taught many classes and breakouts to boost the name of Attack Wagon amongst the industry.
- We even sponsored a college esports camp.
Alot has happened in a very short time and we are excited to get 2023 started off right. We have talked intensely to advisors, industry vets and investors and we have some changes coming that will help Attack Wagon take-off in this new year.
I preface all of this by saying that we are still in a bear market but we know as long as we can survive the bear then the bull will bring blessings for everyone staying the course.

ScrapGuilds.com Coming Next Week!
We have gotten this far without having a special website just for our baby project Scrap Guilds. Well that changes now. We have a new fresh and clean website with trailers, details and more coming next week. We are super stoked to show off the new site and will be announcing it from our twitter/discord channels once launched. Having a dedicated space for this game will help with future investments and allow us to continually post new and specific details for the game in one central location.
Arcade Update
Along with the updated login system for the arcade(now using React and not UnityGL) we have also given ourselves some excellent opportunities for boosting $ATK. How would switching this boost $ATK? One of those utility companies that we’ve partnered with above is a company called Brydge. They have helped us implement a system that will allow anyone to buy game cards across any blockchain using the brydge protocol. We are still finishing up the new system with this implementation and hope to bring it to you soon but this will allow us to take ETH for example and the brydge protocol will automatically convert the ETH to $ATK for a payment for gameplays. This means that we can allow anyone cross-chain and any token to play the arcade and we take all fees in $ATK. What do you do with the $ATK? Firstly, we will set aside our land plot fees(those belong to our land owners) then we will burn a percentage before rewarding winners. So the new system will allow us to load liquidity, reward supporters and burn a portion to support $ATK.
Whitelabel Partnerships
We have added 2 more white-label partnerships to the list of previously 10. What does this mean? It means that we currently have 12 interested parties in using our white-labeled Arcade system. Why does this matter to us? We mentioned earlier that our advisors have been amazing with helping us strategize and formulate profitable plans and more. Originally the plan was to just take a fee percentage of all tokens placed into the system and while that is still true we have now added a feature that will help the ecosystem even more. Our current template for partners is that along with accepting a minimal fee for their users use of the Arcade and up-front cost will be added to the Arcades. This up-front cost comes in the form of $ATK and $ARXM. They will be requested to purchase to purchase between $500–2500 USDC worth(depending on their package choice) of each token and burn it adding to the liquidity of each for each and every partner we take on. Scrap Guilds
Some have wanted to know some more about the game mechanics for Scrap Guilds and how things work…especially the economy. So we thought we would take this time and chat about it. BUT first let’s look at some fun pics of ships changing skins and ship parts.
Of course all of this will be done inside your garage but I just had to show off the updated animations as soon as I could.
A look under the hood of Scrap Guilds
Ecosystem/Economy
Welcome to the deep underbelly of Scrap Guilds. Here we can see how tokens flow through the system. What is this 2nd token I see? Why it’s none other than Arcanium $ARXM our token for many of the in-game purchases. But why have a second token? Two reasons: It allows us to specialize $ATK. $ATK is king and as such needs a special place. $ATK will still be used throughout the game but it will rarely be given as a prize but used for upgrades and specific in-game purchases. Second, we are introducing a token that will allow us to have more options in game for rewards, purchases, entry fees, ability learning and more. Each token will also be able to convert to the other with a natural burn percentage in game as well.
Launching a second token also allows us to do more fundraising which in turn benefits both our fans, followers and $ATK holders in general.
Runway and Funding
What does the next few months look like?
Always a fantastic question and one I’m excited to speak on at this time. We have been working with an amazing accelerator and investment group(will name at a later date). This group has helped us go from a game studio building awesome products to a top-tier investment that only makes sense to invest in, especially in the bear. We have just begun a new round of investments centered around our new token $ARXM. We already have two investors on-board and are working on closing the round in the next couple of months.
What does this mean for launches etc?
Just like the last update we mentioned that we are in the bear and trying to reserve our resources as greatly as possible in order to make great products and get us to the bull. Same goes today but once we close our new round of funding we will be that much closer to launching both with great marketing funds behind each product AND with the security that goes with locking in funding.
What if you don’t close funding?
If we don’t close funding we will continue to build and make sure our product is perfect for when the market turns around. We know what we have is killer so lack of funding will not deter that.
What does a new token mean for land owners?
Glad you asked. Yes, this means that land is that much more valuable. Land owners will be taking home fees in both $ATK and in $ARXM.
