This Medium Article is for anyone that may not be familiar on how to use the Polygon Bridge, and Swapping on QuickSwap.

Make sure you have ETH to bridge over, and some MATIC in your Polygon Chain wallet for transactions.

Then go to https://wallet.polygon.technology/bridge/

Click Ethereum Chain

• Swap your ETH and MATIC over to the Polygon Chain

Once swapped over head over to https://quickswap.exchange/#/swap

Once you’re at QuickSwap you’ll select a token to Swap (ETH) and a token to receive (ATK)

Confirm the transactions in your wallet

Add the token address to your wallet and viola! You’re now an $ATK HODLER
