Upgrades and Updates
Welcome to February’s update for Attack Wagon Games.
To get started we will talk about what we have been up to through this month, we will then take a little jaunt over to token updates and fundraising and lastly a brisk walk through competition planning.
Focusing on Quality
We have been focusing on the quality of what we are producing and making sure each piece is the best we can produce as a company. Our NFT ship parts in particular will not only function great but look amazing as well. Some of you saw our latest tweet about ship look updates. If you don’t already follow us click the link and give us a follow https://twitter.com/theattackwagon
This is a version of one of our ships, the Basilisk.
We have been taking each of our ship skins and going through to bring them up to the highest quality so that on release we can give everything our best. The originals were good but the new skins are going to be killer.
Token Updates
We have begun to build out the features for $ARXM and will continue to focus on it while we begin fundraising for the new token. More on fundraising later.
One of our main focuses outside of game production has been our new reward token $ARXM. There is a ton of work involved when doing any type of token release and this is no different. There are many moving parts and we are working diligently on getting everything in place for both the offering and the implementation. The most fun part of working on our new token however is that it has allowed us to also begin building a few non-game functions for both tokens including a dex.
While we have been so focused on the games themselves we have realized that there is a need for our tokens to do more than just stake and be rewarded. This will give us the opportunity to implement so many more features that will help boost our tokens and also give new opportunities for burning and rewards.
Are there bigger dex’s out there? Sure. But why wouldn’t we want the fees going back into our own ecosystem? SwapWagon is still early in dev but we are excited to bring it to you as one of the initial offerings of our new token $ARXM.
Fundraising
With the new token comes fundraising which will also allow us to build better, faster and higher quality products for you but also market them the way they need to be marketed. We have officially begun the beginning stages of fundraising and are reaching out to VCs now. For those that don’t have a clear understanding of the stages of new token releases I thought I would give you a breakdown so you can see what is coming and why we are doing a new fundraise for it.
Any new token needs multiple things behind it in order to be successful at launch. The main thing it needs is money. This may seem like a duh moment but I’m sure plenty of you out there would still like to understand some of these behind the scenes reasons you need money in order to successfully launch a good token.
- Token launch liquidity. I’m not going to go through and explain liquidity as that is a topic all in itself but it is the amount of money you put behind the token. This is a large sum of money and very important to it’s stability.
- Marketing dollars just for the token launch itself(contests, AMA fees, influencers etc). The amount you spend on launch can get very pricey.
- Legal. Lawyer costs incur as we need to get written opinions and more for the exchanges that we place our token on initially and contracts written with VCs.
- Exchanges. We’ve explained this one a few times but in order to get on exchanges you have to have a substantial amount of money. The fees for getting tokens onto exchanges can range from $50k to $500k depending on the exchange.
So with all of this we need to get the backing of VCs. We are in a downturn market still but there are some promising possibilities that we can find the right investors to help get us across the finish line.
Competition planning
Once we launch how will we “Out-attract” other games in the space?
Thanks ‘CryptoCowboyMike’ for the suggested topic and it’s quite a loaded question but I’ll give everyone a quick rundown.
- Game Playability- This is the piece that separates us. There are some great companies already in the industry and multiple that are planning game launches soon. However everything will come down to having fun. That is where we will shine. Our game is fun and it is easy to play for hours. This isn’t a game you play just to earn it’s a game you play because you want to.
- Game quality- Initial attraction to a game comes from how it looks and feels. While fun and playability is top priority we can’t skimp on quality which is why we are taking it so seriously.
- Marketing Plan- Most of this will come in the form of a list so that I don’t need to go in and explain every single piece. Launch via Public Game Store(Currently shooting for Epic Games), Community Contests, Networking, Press Releases, Airdrops, Bounty campaign, Banner Advertising, Email marketing(Current email list is 8500 strong), Podcasts and AMAs, Influencer marketing and we have a marketing agency ready to roll on top of all of this.

As a summation I’d like to do my normal thank you to everyone that continues to push the project and help where they can. Keep supporting and keep being awesome.
